Digital Marketing Manager
Our client is an Aged Care and NDIS service provider that is dedicated to deliver the most compassionate and loving home care.
They are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both content creation and digital marketing, with the ability to generate engaging content that drives traffic and improves search engine rankings. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and strong project management skills.
The role will be full time, on site at their Head Office in Sydney.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create high-quality content including social media posts (primarily photos and videos), newsletters, infographics, blog posts, and articles
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and search engine rankings
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and PPC
- Develop and manage the company’s social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance
- Optimise website content and structure for search engines, manage Google Ads campaigns, and monitor performance
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers
- Oversee the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for conversions
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
- Use analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
The successful applicant will have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and various email marketing software
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC best practices and how to apply them effectively
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
