Our client is a leading e-commerce brand with a reputation for providing high-quality garden products, innovative watering solutions, and expert advice to gardening enthusiasts across Australia and the USA, with an exciting roadmap ahead.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, they are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to spearhead their paid media strategy and drive digital growth across Australia.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge paid media strategies: Align strategies with business goals to drive growth and maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Paid Media efforts are cohesive and aligned with overall marketing strategy.
  • Execute and optimise paid media campaigns: Manage campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, and more. Ensure campaigns are timely, within budget, and optimised for performance.
  • Perform data-driven campaign optimisation: Conduct daily performance checks, optimise for targets, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor, report, and analyse: Regularly track KPIs, monitor budgets, and analyse data to guide strategic decisions and report on campaign performance.
  • Pioneer new paid media solutions: Embrace new techniques and pilot innovative programs to drive continuous growth.


As an ideal candidate, you will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media or a similar role
  • Qualification in digital marketing or related field desirable
  • Strong expertise with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Proven experience in e-commerce (desirable, not mandatory)
  • Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
  • Strategic mindset with exceptional campaign management skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the digital landscape, trends, and opportunities
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and manage projects independently
  • Passionate about nature and/or gardening with a good sense of humour is a plus
  • Australian permanent resident or citizen
