Senior Videographer

We have partnered with a leading property group to find an experienced, in-house Videographer for a full-time position based on Sydney’s Upper North Shore / Northern Beaches. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end video production across the business, with a strong focus on residential real estate campaigns, alongside event coverage, agent and team profile videos, and broader brand storytelling.

This is a fast-paced, on-site role where output will range from high-end, polished productions through to efficient, well-crafted social content. You will work closely with an existing editor and photographer, allowing you to focus primarily on shooting and leading video production. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working at pace while maintaining quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Real Estate Video Production – Film and deliver high-quality residential property videos for listings and campaigns
• Agent & Team Profiles – Create polished, engaging profile content for agents and teams
• Event Videography – Capture and edit internal and client-facing events
• End-to-End Delivery – Manage pre-production, shooting, editing direction, and delivery
• Content Output – Produce both premium long-form and fast-turnaround social video content
• Collaboration – Work closely with internal marketing, photography, and editing teams

What You Will Bring:

• 5+ years of professional videography experience, with proven experience in a similar real estate videography role essential
• A strong portfolio showcasing residential property content and fast-paced production environments
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and full production workflows
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and shooting for property and lifestyle content
• Ability to manage multiple shoots, timelines, and deliverables efficiently\
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously
• Drone experience highly regarded
