This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Brand + Digital Designer to join a highly collaborative, quality-driven team operating remotely across Australia. You will work closely with the strategy, marketing and communications teams, taking ownership of brand identity, digital design, websites, campaigns and ongoing marketing assets. This role is ideal for a commercially minded designer who enjoys balancing thinking and doing, someone who is confident moving between strategy, execution and production, and thrives in an environment that values high standards, process and accountability.
Working alongside another designer, you will contribute to brand development, digital experiences, campaigns and content. You’re a strong generalist with excellent craft, sound judgement, and the ability to deliver polished, commercially grounded work across multiple clients and contexts.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and evolve brand identities, including logos, visual systems, guidelines and scalable asset libraries
Create digital and web design solutions using UX best practice, including wireframes, responsive layouts and page designs in Figma
Design and build pages in Squarespace or Shopify, or collaborate with developers where required
Produce campaign and marketing assets across digital and print: social content, EDMs, presentations, sales collateral and infographics
Take full ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, brand consistency and accessibility standards
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, estimating effort effectively and delivering on time
Collaborate closely with marketing and communications team members, contributing to planning, feedback and reviews
Maintain organised files and production-ready assets across digital and print
Bring fresh, strategic ideas and design thinking to the table, supporting brand and marketing initiatives across a wide range of clients
Your Experience:
5–8+ years' experience in an agency or consultancy design role
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Demonstrated experience designing brand identities, websites and campaign assets
Solid understanding of UX principles and responsive design
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Squarespace and Shopify
Excellent visual storytelling and ability to apply design thinking across different contexts
Experience managing multiple deadlines with strong organisation and accountability
Self-starter who can work independently, thrive in a remote environment, and contribute proactively to a collaborative team
Bonus skills: basic HTML/CSS, motion design, photography, video editing, or previous experience in regional/agricultural sectors

Motion Design Expertise: Lead the visual execution across social, with a particular emphasis on motion graphics, animation, and video editing. You will be an expert in using After Effects to deliver high-quality, eye-catching animated content and template solutions.
Cross-Industry Versatility: Apply your design expertise across a unique roster of clients, including collaborating with the wider network on key consumer projects, and creating high-impact B2B advertising and marketing content. We are looking for someone who:
Has 5+ years of experience creating brilliant, social-first design and content, specifically for major brands (Consumer, CPG, Beauty, B2B, Tech, Ads Marketing).
Is social first and gets it - who is innately immersed in the current zeitgeist, not just searching for trends.
Is comfortable capturing on-the-ground content at high-energy events, working with videographers and the social team.
Is an expert in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced proficiency in After Effects for high-end motion design and editing.
Has a broad body of work across a range of social platforms, demonstrating a native understanding of platform best practices (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
