This is an incredible opportunity for a Social Media / Content Creative specialist to join this company, where you will have the creative freedom to continue to grow their Social Media presence through Instagram and TikTok creative. You will have a big, winning screen presence and a proven track record of engaging audiences on TikTok.
You will know TikTok inside out, be an influencer with a large following and importantly know how to set a trend online, be passionate about organic social media, love creating engaging content, and enjoy jumping in front of the camera for some employee-generated content. You can confidently use your content creation skills and deep understanding of the social media landscape to attract new audiences to the brand. You won’t take yourself too seriously, have a natural sense of humour, and know how to translate that into content that connects and engages.
In addition to content creation, you will also source and manage relationships with TikTok creators to expand the brand reach and build an engaged community of followers. You will play a vital role in developing a strategy to leverage emerging platforms like TikTok Shop through affiliates and other creative executions.
On the day to day:
Content Creation: Develop innovative and engaging content for social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
On-Camera Presence: Confidently appear in and host content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other Meta platforms in collaboration with team members.
Visual Content: Ideate and create eye-catching graphics, images, and videos (Reels!) that drive engagement and keep people coming back for more.
Copywriting: Write engaging and effective captions and scripts for social media posts.
Trend Research: Analyse social media and content trends—including hooks, messaging, and creative formats—to optimise the organic content across all platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall campaigns and brand objectives.
Social Media Planning: Plan and schedule content to ensure consistency and high-quality curation across platforms.
TikTok Shop Strategy: Develop a winning strategy for TikTok Shop ahead of its launch in Australia and manage its success.
Performance Analysis: Report on content performance and suggest optimisations for continuous improvement.
Creator Management: Source, manage, and coordinate TikTok creators through TikTok Marketplace and other platforms.

Your Experience:
