Growth Lead Manager
Our client is a tech app who are revolutionising the financial savings and fund market, currently across Australia and New Zealand. Established in 2021, they have grown a loyal customer base and are looking for a Growth Lead to help them continue the upward trajectory. You will be experienced and have proven growth experience, are passionate and analytical with a sound understanding of the customer acquisition and retention process. You are that blend of analytical and creative – a data-driven person that can use technology to build and manage a comprehensive marketing plan. You will thrive on leveraging CRM tools and strategies to acquire customers, deepen customer engagement and maximise value from our existing user base. Located in their central Sydney office, you will work onsite full time with their small, close knit and dedicated team. Day to Day Responsibilities: Create and execute high-growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on conversion and retention initiatives such as savings challenges, upsell campaigns and win-back initiatives.  Create and maintain the marketing plan, using data-driven insights to ensure continual improvement and impactful results.  Own CRM management, preferably with Ortto experience, ensuring personalised and engaging customer journeys. Manage and optimise the marketing budget. Work closely with the creative agency to develop and refresh new campaign creatives every 8 weeks. Managing and Optimising Ad Spend across meta, tik tok and apple search ads. Take compliance and regulatory requirements seriously, integrating them seamlessly into all marketing activities. Wear multiple hats to address various growth opportunities across channels and projects.   Your Experience: Experience using email marketing software and ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Suite, and CRM tools (Ortto preferred), HotJar etc. Experience running high-impact retention campaigns, including savings challenges and engagement-driving activities. Advanced analytical skills with a proven track record of taking data-informed decisions in any situation, including deep knowledge of growth drivers. A strategic mindset with the ability to think deeply about marketing, brand strategy, and customer engagement. A keen eye for design, detail, and customer-centric messaging. A love for data, testing, and continuous experimentation. Experience working within a regulated environment, especially with financial products. 5+ years of experience in growth/marketing, preferably in a high-growth scale-up or fintech environment.
