Our client is seeking an in-house Videographer to join their team in Sydney’s Upper North Shore / Northern Beaches, Sydney for a full-time role. You will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing high-quality video content across a range of projects, including residential real estate campaigns, event coverage, agent and team profiles, brand storytelling and short-form social media content.
The workload is varied and hands-on, some days will involve multiple on-location shoots, while others will focus on editing and content planning. This role suits a highly adaptable videographer who thrives in a fast-paced, creatively driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate Video Production – Film and edit engaging residential property videos for sales and marketing campaigns
Agent & Team Profiles – Create polished profile videos for agents and teams
Event Videography – Capture and edit footage from in-office and client events
End-to-End Delivery – Manage pre-production, shooting, editing, and delivery
Content Editing – Produce clean, on-brand edits with strong pacing and storytelling
Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
What You Will Bring:
5+ years of professional videography experience, ideally in real estate or commercial content (not essential)
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video production and storytelling
Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual pacing
Excellent organisation and time management, balancing shoots, editing, and deadlines
A collaborative and adaptable mindset with the ability to work autonomously
Drone experience is a nice-to-have

Working closely with the Creative Director, you will work across a wide range of design projects - print, packaging, content, social. You will have a great eye for editorial design and social first content creation. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of creative assets for product releases, sale campaigns, social media and performance marketing, eDMs, eCommerce, packaging, editorial, and more.
Develop innovative, high-impact creative for Meta ads, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms with an instinct for what performs in a digital-first landscape.
Collaborate closely with the wider Content Marketing team, working independently with copywriters to develop, concept and pitch innovative digital content ideas.
Take full ownership of design projects, from briefing through to final delivery, including internal sales decks, wholesale lookbooks, and other marketing collateral.
Participate in creative planning for campaign shoots and videos, with an understanding of how to translate visual concepts into on-brand assets.

Your Experience:
5+ years experience in a graphic design or art direction role, ideally within eCommerce, fashion, editorial, or lifestyle brands.
A strong portfolio of brand-led creative work, with a clear emphasis on social-first design and performance content.
Excellent visual storytelling ability and understanding of what captures attention in a fast-scrolling environment.
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator a must), Figma, and digital content production tools.
Animation and video editing skills preferred.
Experience in designing for performance marketing and an understanding of creative effectiveness across channels like Meta, TikTok, and email.
Comfort designing both static and motion assets, and a willingness to adapt design for multiple formats, audiences and platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of design.
Self-starter with initiative, ability to work independently and push creative forward without always needing a detailed brief.

Campaign Management
