Producer - Video & Content
Our client is a creative agency that offers their clients expertise across video, motion graphics, tv, digital/social, print and out-of-home. They are currently seeking a Producer, Video & Content to join their growing team based in Redfern, Sydney on an initial 6-month contract, with a view to permanent. This role is for a senior-level producer with hands-on production experience delivering integrated video, broadcast and digital media campaigns – from single-hero films through to multi-market, multi-platform content programs. This is a maker's role for someone who has run productions end-to-end and can point to a body of work that proves it. You are equally comfortable on a set as you are in a budget spreadsheet. You have taken concepts from brief to final delivery across television and broadcast, branded content, social-first video, digital and out-of-home, and you understand what it takes to deliver each to spec, on time and on budget. You have booked and led crews, negotiated with suppliers and talent, managed post-production teams, and shepherded deliverables through to channel-ready export – and you have done it across campaigns with real scale and real stakeholders. You bring a deep working knowledge of the production process and the wider media landscape: how integrated campaigns come together across paid, owned and earned channels, how video and content flex to live across broadcast and digital environments, and how to protect craft, quality and profitability at every stage. You are calm under pressure, obsessive about the detail, and energised by the collision of creativity and innovation – including the emerging AI-enabled production workflows that increasingly shape how the best work gets made. While this is a production-led position, you will also carry day-to-day account and client responsibilities on assigned projects. The ideal candidate is a producer first who can hold a client relationship with confidence – keeping stakeholders informed, expectations managed and projects moving – without losing focus on the craft of getting brilliant work made. If you have a love of producing, give projects 100% each and every time - we would love to hear from you.       Due to the volume of applications, we can only reply to candidates who are suitable for our current roles.
