Account Manager

Are you an experienced Account Manager with 3+ years of experience in eCommerce?

Our client is a leading eCommerce solutions provider across APAC, known for designing and building award-winning eCommerce solutions for modern brands. They are looking for a mid-level Account Manager to join their dynamic team.

Reporting to the Head of Squad, you will oversee the strategic direction and delivery of work for each assigned account, ensuring optimal solutions. You will develop client relations, manage financials, provide strategic guidance, and stay updated on industry trends and technology. Additionally, you will ensure quality and timeliness in daily activities, handle project deliverables, manage communication, monitor budgets, mitigate losses, and drive new business opportunities while supporting the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop excellent client relationships, building trust and ensuring high quality service
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction for each client, creating eCommerce roadmaps
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and identify risks
  • Stay updated with platform updates and new features
  • Work with internal tech leads to allocate resources efficiently


Project Management:

  • Manage day-to-day activities across all accounts
  • Ensure quality and timeliness in all deliverables
  • Maintain appropriate client communication and manage project timelines
  • Oversee deliverables, ensuring timelines and costs are accurate
  • Proactively manage weekly client updates


Financial Management:

  • Oversee all estimates and scopes for your accounts
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget and mitigate any losses
  • Regularly upsell services to drive new business
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and reporting to clients



  • Assist in identifying internal issues and contribute to solutions
  • Support all team members involved in client delivery
  • Lead by example, upholding company values



  • 2-3 years of experience in an agency environment
  • Proven track record in managing client accounts
  • Broad understanding of eCommerce and technologies
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple deliverables
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
