Graphic Designer

Our client is a large global professional services company, specialising in risk and insurance.   Located in central Sydney, this role is for a 6 month fixed term contract, where you will work across their Graphic Design requirements.  This is a hybrid role, with 2–3 days in the office and the remaining days worked from home.

Working closely with their sales and bid management team, you will be working across tender responses and client presentations, elevating them to the next level. 

On a Day-to-Day: 

  • Designing visually compelling templates and layouts for proposals andpresentations, aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating with Bid Managers and subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful graphics and typography.
  • Preparing high-quality print and digital materials, liaising with project leads and print vendors to ensure flawless execution.
  • Building and maintaining a centralised library of graphic assets to streamline future submissions.
  • Driving continuous improvement in their design approach to ensure the proposals are market leading.
  • Overseeing and quality-checking work from their offshore design team.

 

 Your Experience:

  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative suite of applications including lnDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Ability to think creatively to produce innovative ideas and concepts
  • Exceptional creative flair and design knowledge
  • Able to interpret concepts and content into graphics in a fast paced environment
  • Effective communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of design
  • Ability to adhere to a brief and reflect the look and feel of the brand
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
  • Confident in interacting professionally with all levels within the business, and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Driven individual, with a 'can do' attitude and plenty of initiative
