Media Executive – 3 Month Contract

Our client is a well established boutique agency, at the forefront of the talent attraction and candidate engagement industry, and is recognised for its blend of innovation, foresight, and vision, supported by expertise, technology, and creativity.  With offices around the country, they are looking for a Media Executive to join their team in Wellington on a 3 month contract, with the potential to become permanent.

This role will support media strategy development, building trust and ensuring smooth collaboration between teams and clients; assist in developing tailored media strategies aligned with client goals and backed by data-driven insights and oversee the execution of media campaigns, from planning to placement and optimisation. You will be keen on market research, staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

With strong technical skills across various media and advertising platforms, you will utilise your expertise with digital advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Google Analytics to drive campaign success.

You will have proven experience managing client portfolios, preferably within recruitment marketing, be confident and persuasive in client and internal interactions and highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
