Senior Account Manager 

Our client is a retail agency that uses shopper insight, smart creative and award-winning design to influence choice. They are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. 

As a Senior Account Manager you will co-ordinate the day-to-day activities of the Agency on behalf of the client. You are responsible for delivering work on time and on budget. Under the direction of a Group Business Director, the Senior Account Manager is also expected to present and sell great creative work. Focusing on great client relationships and delivering creative work of a high standard is the key outcome. 

The right person for this role will have 3–4+ years of experience in account management in an agency environment.  You will have excellent project management and time management skills, be confident leading client conversations, presenting ideas, and owning projects and possess proven commercial acumen - budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and revenue growth. 

You will naturally have a passion for great creative, shopper marketing, retail communications and creating original work that drives action. Alongside this, you will have a positive attitude to all briefs - from smaller tactical to larger, more creative-led. You will have an eye for detail, the ability to see opportunities beyond the brief, and a solutions-focused approach.
