Senior Graphic Designer

This senior, permanent design role will see you surrounded with beautiful and interesting artefacts every day, whilst producing high-end catalogues and collateral, maintaining the brand.

In this role you will manage and deliver the overall design, production, and distribution of all digital and printed material of the organisation in accordance with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.

You will have:

• Experience working in-house
• The ability to pump out assets creatively within an existing brand
• The desire to find a cultural fit, you are someone that has worked within the luxury/fashion/product/high-end world
• Designed for print, catalogues (books/magazine experience) as well as digital ads, print ads, marketing based promotional material for auctions
• Experience in photography/videography to contribute to making Instagram reels and photography projects
• You are fast and technically adept, with a willingness to learn other programmes, to use AI, to upskill
• Collaborative skills, and can navigate feedback, you are someone who can push  the company forward with your creativity
• Dedication to attend weekly meetings with reflections and ideas for what they should do next with their creative

Desirable Criteria:

• Degree in graphic design
• 5+ years’ design experience
• Strong print experience in sending large files to print and collaborating with printers.
• Art direction and styling experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Organisational skills, ability to meet tight deadline
• Strong administration skills
• Adobe CC and Office
• Photography skills
• Videography skills
• Full driver’s license
• Exceptional personal presentation
